Service Overview

Nurtura Wellbeing provides one-to-one sessions focused on helping individuals understand, organise, and manage their personal finances.

This is a non-regulated service designed for educational and organisational purposes only.

 

Nature of the Service

• The service does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

• No regulated financial services are provided

• The sessions are intended to support understanding, organisation, and decision-making

• All decisions made following the sessions are the responsibility of the client.

Client Responsibility

By engaging in this service, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own financial decisions and actions

• You will provide accurate and honest information to the best of your ability

• You understand that outcomes depend on your own actions and commitment

 

Sessions

• Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet

• Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes

• Sessions will start and end at the scheduled time

• If you join a session late, the session will still finish at the agreed time.

 

Fees and Payment

• Payment is required in advance of each session

• Booking is only confirmed once payment has been received

• All fees are stated clearly at the time of booking

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 48 hours’ notice

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable

• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable

 

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided for completed sessions

• Refunds are not available for late cancellations or missed sessions

• Exceptions may be considered at discretion in exceptional circumstances

 

Confidentiality

• All information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential

• Information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law

 

Data Protection

• Personal data will be collected only as necessary for communication and service delivery

• Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes

• Reasonable steps are taken to protect your data
