About Me
My name is Hossein Tajbakhsh, and I’m a Financial Controller, Coach, and Mentor with over two decades of experience in finance, management, and personal development.

Alongside my professional career, I founded Nurtura Well-Being to help people build a calmer, clearer, and more confident relationship with money.

Throughout my years in finance, I’ve seen how even capable, hardworking people often feel anxious, disorganised, or disconnected when it comes to money. Many know how to earn and spend — but not how to feel at ease with their finances.

That realisation shaped my philosophy: money is not just about numbers — it’s about mindset and wellbeing.

By combining my financial expertise with my passion for personal growth, I help clients understand both the practical and emotional sides of money. My sessions are reflective yet grounded — designed for real people with real lives, delivered with structure, calm, and empathy.

I believe financial wellbeing is within reach for everyone. You don’t need perfection — just awareness, intention, and small, consistent steps forward.

About Nurtura Well-Being
Nurtura Well-Being was created to make financial wellbeing part of everyday life.

Money touches almost everything — our choices, relationships, health, and peace of mind. When it feels uncertain or overwhelming, it quietly shapes how we live and who we become.
Through a process that is structured, reflective, and realistic, Nurtura Well-Being helps people bring order, confidence, and meaning to their financial life.
The approach brings together three essential elements:
-
Financial structure – practical tools for budgeting, saving, and decision-making
-
Personal reflection – awareness of habits, triggers, and beliefs around money
-
Values and purpose – aligning spending and earning with what truly matters
When these three areas work in harmony, money becomes a source of stability and support rather than stress.
At Nurtura Well-Being, everything is designed to be realistic, ethical, and sustainable — for people with jobs, families, and full, busy lives.

You don’t have to change everything overnight. You just need a clear picture, a steady plan, and the willingness to begin.
