How the Workshops Work

Ten Sessions

The full workshop series includes 10 sessions, each one building gently on the last.

Three Hours per Session

Each session lasts 3 hours, with a short break halfway through to rest, reflect, and reset.

Every Two Weeks

Sessions are held every two weeks, giving you time to process what you’ve explored and apply it to your real life.

Small Group of 7 Participants

Each series is limited to 7 people, creating a safe, steady, and supportive environment where you are never lost in a crowd.

Online and Accessible

Workshops take place online, so you can join from anywhere you feel comfortable and private.
