Purpose of These Policies
These policies explain how Nurtura Well-Being operates to ensure professionalism, safety, and mutual respect between client and coach.
By booking or attending a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of the Service
Financial Well-Being Coaching & Mentoring provides education, reflection, and behavioural support around money management and wellbeing.
It is not a regulated financial service and does not include:
-
Investment or pension advice
-
Tax or legal advice
-
Therapy, counselling, or clinical diagnosis
If at any point it becomes clear that your needs fall outside the scope of Financial Well-Being Coaching & Mentoring, the sessions will be paused or brought to a close.
You’ll always be encouraged to seek whichever form of professional or specialist support feels right for you.
2. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All sessions are confidential. Information you share will not be disclosed to anyone without your explicit consent, except where required by law (for example, where there is serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is legally mandated).
Notes and contact details are stored securely in line with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
No information is shared with third parties for marketing or research purposes.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
3. Online Sessions & Technical Responsibility
Sessions are delivered online via Google Meet.
Clients are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet space and a stable internet connection.
If technical difficulties occur during an online session, every effort will be made to resolve the issue promptly. If the problem cannot be resolved, the remaining time may be used for follow-up correspondence or rescheduling at mutual discretion.
4. Fees & Payment
-
Each 50-minute session is £85.00.
-
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the online booking system.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
-
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, are charged in full.
-
Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in termination of the coaching agreement.
This policy protects both your time and mine and helps maintain professional boundaries.
6. Ethical Standards & Professional Boundaries
Nurtura Well-Being operates under high ethical standards inspired by the principles of integrity, respect, and client autonomy.
As your coach and mentor, I will:
-
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
-
Treat you with respect and without judgement.
-
Work within my limits of competence and ability.
Clients are expected to:
-
Attend sessions punctually and engage honestly.
-
Take responsibility for their own decisions and actions.
-
Maintain respectful communication throughout the coaching relationship.
7. Safeguarding & Duty of Care
If during our work I believe you or someone else is at risk of serious harm, I have a legal and ethical duty to seek help from appropriate services.
Whenever possible, this will be discussed with you first.
8. Record Keeping
These notes remain factual, minimal, and stored securely for the duration of our work together. Once coaching has ended, they are deleted or securely destroyed in accordance with GDPR requirements.
9. Termination of Coaching
You may end coaching at any time. Nurtura Well-Being also reserves the right to end the coaching relationship if:
-
It becomes clear that the service is no longer suitable or safe for you.
-
Professional boundaries are not respected.
-
Repeated cancellations or non-payment occur.
10. Complaints & Feedback
Feedback is always welcome. If you have a concern, please raise it directly with me (Hossein Tajbakhsh) as soon as possible so it can be addressed quickly and fairly.
A written summary of any complaint and resolution will be kept for record-keeping purposes.
11. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All written materials, templates, and resources provided by Nurtura Well-Being remain the intellectual property of the business.
They are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.
12. Updates to Policies
Policies are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain up to date with current legislation and professional standards.
