Financial wellbeing starts with a conversation.
Every person’s relationship with money is unique — shaped by habits, beliefs, responsibilities, and life experience.
That’s why at Nurtura Well-Being, your journey always begins with a calm, open conversation about you — not just your finances.
The aim is to understand what you’d like to achieve, where you feel stuck, and what clarity would look like for you.
From there, we build a plan that fits your goals, pace, and lifestyle.

1. Discovery Session
This is where we begin.
You’ll have the opportunity to talk openly about your situation, challenges, and goals in a confidential space.
We’ll explore how you currently feel about money and what you’d like to change.
At the end of this session, we’ll agree whether coaching is right for you and decide together on the number and rhythm of future sessions.
There’s no pressure and no long-term commitment — just clarity and choice.
2. Your Coaching Plan
If you choose to continue, we’ll design a coaching plan tailored to your needs.
Most clients find that twelve sessions (50 minutes each) provide the right balance of reflection, learning, and progress.
However, the structure can be shorter or longer depending on what you want to achieve.
All sessions are delivered online via Google Meet, offering flexibility and privacy wherever you are.
3. The Sessions
Each session blends practical money management with reflective mentoring.
We focus on one area at a time, such as:

aligning spending with personal values and priorities
You’ll also receive simple tools and templates to help you stay organised and reflective between sessions.
Everything is realistic and designed for everyday life.
4. Reflection & Progress
Between sessions, you’ll have time to notice changes in your awareness and habits.
Small shifts — a calmer decision, a moment of clarity, a sense of control — are often where transformation begins.
Together, we review what’s working and adapt the plan as you grow in confidence and understanding.
5. Completion & Ongoing Support
At the end of your journey, you’ll have a clear understanding of your financial picture, a personalised system that fits your life, and the confidence to manage money calmly and purposefully.
You may choose to book occasional follow-up or review sessions to stay aligned and supported — the choice is always yours.
